Identify Protected Content?
« on: July 29, 2006, 04:42:13 pm »

I promise I did a very throurogh search before positng this question.  :)

Is there a way to sort by if the audion is "protected content", such as a DRM file vs a non DRM file?  My subscription with Yahoo Unlimited is soon expriring, and I would like to rid my hard drive of all the files that were downloaded from them.

Any help you have would be greatly appreciated.

I went into the "panes" section, and selected "protection type" as one of the view options. It then sorts the files as "unassigned", "purchased" and "subscription".

As a suggestion for V12, it would be nice for a "protection" view to be a whole lot easier and simpler to find. It took me about 6 months to find it. Subscription services are more and more popular all the time, and being able to separate the DRM files from the non-DRM stuff is a very nice feature to have, especially when burning and transferring to handheld.  :-\
