Mr ChriZ:
1. There's no hover state for the close button in Frame Windows
2. The following causes a button to remain in the mouse down state even tho the mouse button is no longer down in a Frame Window:
> Click Button
> Move mouse away from button without releasing click
> Once away from button release click
