Some additional info is needed. For example:

What do you mean by DTS?

- DTS audio CD, 44.1 kHz
- DTS soundtrack on a DVD disc, 48 kHz
- DTS encoded audio file (exact format?)
- DTS soundtrack in a video file (exact format?)
- something else?

How would you like to output the audio?

- Through analog outputs. How many channels?
- Pass through to a DTS enabled receiver (using a digital connection)
- some other way?

Can you  play this "DTS" with some other programs? How have you configured them? What is your sound card?

Greetings Alex... Yeah...must be the sound card not capable of playing audio dts. Plays great on the other system with Sound Blaster Live card. Just bought an HP m7590n multi media system with realtec HD card. Went to the realtek web site, no info on dts there. Usually means 'no support. The album is Mystic Moods - Cosmic Force, off the shelf dts audio cd. Was hoping the  Realtek HD card would handle it. Guess it's off to Circuit City for the SB X Fi.
Thanks

MC does not have an internal software DTS decoder. You can play DTS audio CDs with MC if you use an external decoder (like a DTS home threater receiver) and digital output. For making that work you would need to use the ASIO output mode and a sound card that has an ASIO driver. Also, the sound card must be able to output bit perfect 44.1 kHz signal without resampling.

For PC playback through analog outputs you could try VLC player. It is supposed to be able to decode DTS.
