Video playing technical support
« on: August 08, 2006, 10:48:44 pm »

My sister was trying to accomplish some task and somehow caused multiple crashes.  In the end, she is unable to play video on her computer.  When she double clicks a video (have tried multiple codec video files) it simply says Connecting... with CPU usage at 100% and pretty much just stops "forever" with no sign of progress.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version.  I have tried other video settings but may have missed certain things.  Any ideas?

Do the videos play in Windows Media Player?
