Most often a DVD is associated with more than one actor.  Some of the other DVD database programs available allow for a one to many association so you can search for all the movies a particular actor might have been in.  It appears that MC only has a direct relationship for one actor/artist per file.  A similar problem is with CDs that have more than one artist in collaboration (Riding With the King, Genius Loves Company).  Is there a work around or a potential fix in a future release?  Any move in the future for adding capabilites (like those found in collectorz.com or DVDprofiler)

You can add your own custom field for Actors, and select List as the data type.  Many other users have created a MultiArtist field for the same thing for Artists.  Try searching for "multiple artists" for more information, and refer to this thread (make sure to click on the other links Alex posted): http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=37279.0

So you know... Development has ceased on MC11.1 and moved on to MC12.  Unfortunately, many of us who monitor these forums regularly check the MC12 board a LOT more frequently.  So, it may help to ask other non-MC11 specific questions over there...
