Can't install plugins in MC12

Re-installed DirectX from MS. Also did a Windows update.

Tried to install a few plugins with the same result as first posted.

I did finally get the flac plugin installed last week, but it was a real PITA.

MC12.0.54 shows these warnings after an MP3 encoder download attempt:

MC12.0.53 can download and install this package without problems. I installed and tried both MC versions twice. The displayed url seems to be valid.

I can confirm Alex' observation.

I installed v.52 (didn't have .53) and had no trouble installing plugins from JRiver. Problem is with build .54.

MC12 installs it when you need it.  It isn't available for separate download.
