Can MC11 "track Info" plugins be used in MC12b?

I just installed MC12.0.54b along side MC11.1.192. I then tried to download several of the MC11 "track info" plugins into MC12 that I would prefer to use in lieu of the default ones (which appear to be identical in both MC11.1 and MC12b). I found that they wouldn't install into MC12.

Are all MC11 "track info" plugins incompatable with MC12 at this point?

There's no reason they shouldn't work in MC12. There's a bug in the current build of MC12 where it won't install ANY plugins. That's probably what you're seeing.
