Uninstalling version 8
« on: September 12, 2002, 04:17:06 pm »

When I try to uninstall Media Jukebox version 8 the following error message appears whenever I insert a CD-ROM into my hard drive: "windows cannot find mjextman.exe"

I did a full uninstall of all Media Jukebox files, but I cannot seem to eliminate this error message which pops up every time I insert a CD into the computer.

Thanks in advance for the help.
Cliff.

You might have to reinstall, then turn off shell integration in MJ, then uninstall.  You also might be able to fix it by telling another Media Player to take control of the CD.

Any problems with 8.0 that we can help with?
