You're not running Media Server and you should be.

In the first example you use, you are running web remote and NOT Media Server.

I'm playing these files on your the PC that is running web remote.

1. Aaron Copland - Fanfare for the Common Man
2. Aaron Copland - Simple Gifts [From Appalachian Spring]

They are playing at your home.  I can't hear them, but your dog probably does.

If you want to play at work, try stopping Web Remote first and then running Media Server.  The ports cannot be the same.

You can run both, but they have to be on different ports and you need the ports open in your firewall.

For what you're trying to do, there isn't any point in running Web Remote unless you want to entertain your dog.

Actually I'm Not Sure What You Do With WebRemote..But Whats Nice Is That I Can Tell People What The Address Is And If They Are Interested They Can Go & View My Files....There Was Another Post About Running Media Server With Another Front End Like WinAmp Or MM...This Would Be A Great Feature In My Opinion....But They My Opinion Is Usually Wrong
If I Get Home Tonight And Try Opening Another Port Would You Be So Kind As To Try It Out For Me To See If It Works...Appreciate The Help

Web Remote was orginally written to demonstrate how the Interface SDK works, but two developers have extended it and added their own GUI's for use as control programs that can run on a small device that replaces the TV remote.  The two programs are Glissando and NetRemote.  A search here will provide more information.
