Unable to incorporate Real Media Player 8 Files

Dear Media Jukebox,

I've tried unsuccessfully to import the Real Media 8 player files.  I read about your player in a PC magazine on yesterday and decided to try it.  I have all my media in the latest Real Media.  Unfortunately, your software is unfamiliar with the latest player.  I was thinking about purchasing your software but if it can't recognize the latest player, it will be to no avail.  Can someone please assist in this matter?  Thank you.

It should work.  Try installing RealPlayer:

We recommend disabling active start center.
