As far as I know you have to be added to be able to see the MC 12 BETA forum.
I guess when one of the administrators reads this, they take care of you.

As recently as yesterday I too had access to the MC12 board (in fact I downloaded am testing the beta), but today it says I don't have access.

It's only closed to new users to encourage use of MC11.  That will change soon.
