Is there a way I can fast forward and rewind with my MP3 remote?

If you can set your remote up to execute commands (using Girder or whatever software you choose), you can have it execute "mjextman.exe /Command FastForward" or "mjextman.exe /Command Rewind" (I believe), and it will cause MJ to jump 5 seconds.
