How to change font size on CURRENT VIEW?
« on: August 27, 2006, 09:38:55 am »

How do I change the font size when I Customize Current View on, say, the Image View ... the font is too big for the pics I'm displaying ... Where do I do that on a per-view basis ... or can I per-view ... or even system-wide ?

Thx

To adjust font size for MC globally:

tools/options/tree&view/select font...

To adjust font size on a per-view basis, you might try squinting.

Tried squinting -- gave me a headache
Changed globally -- was impossible to read

This REALLY should be something that we are able to work with.  The font HAS gotten bigger in the views in 12.0 vs 11.x and it gives less information!

Hello,

I agree totally!
It seems when using Tohama 8 it's right for the tree and toolbar but not for the thumbnail name/artist info.

When going back to size 7 the toolbar and tree are too small but the thumbnail info is good. (as in MC 11)

Also I noticed the same thing in Theater View. (Great improvement in visual aspect!) Strangely I found that some thumbs have distorted text where others on the same page are good. But the size is too large for the thumbs and going to "very small" has the same affect on the menu where the text will be too small again.

Maybe it can be solved by an option for changing them both!

Best regards,

Theo
