I've downloaded all drivers and firmware, but my PC won't recognise anything on the USB bus. Rioport support hopeless! I see all drivers and firmware are Win2K compliant, but no mention of XP...! Has anyone had any luck or can provide me with an answer / solution to get the little critter up and runnin'? My email address: andrew@fusion01.com >Thanks!

Did you try Media Jukebox after you installed the Rio software? You'll also need our plug-in for the Rio.
