Anyway To Email The True IP Address (Using A NetGear Router)
To An Email Account Once A Day...That Way If The IP Changes
You Are Notified By Mail

Not exactly what you requested, but using dynamic DNS you could something similar (dyndns.org). A client posts the current IP to a domain-name (e.g. "dummy.dyndns.org"); that domain-entry has the IP of the current connection.

I use this and I'm quite happy with it.

If you look into some of the clients on the dyndns.org site you'll see that a few of them actually have an option to e-mail you the IP address when it detects a change.
I use a program called Direct Update and it has an option to do it.
It's quite good, I recommend it.
