label printing

I can not print any labels when I use an image on the background.
Without it , it's no problem.
Is this problem known?

Make sure you have a current version of MJ.  I don't believe that's a problem.  What type of image is it?

I have the same problem over and over. I try every new update and nothing change.
When I print with a jpg image in background of a front, back or cdlabel, the printer start but didn't get any paper out. When I delete the image, it work fine.
I use HP G55 with the last driver

It may not work with progressive jpg images.  Or perhaps the resolution is a factor.  Try loading it in an editor and resaving it.

If that doesn't work, email me the image and I'll try it here.

I found something. It doesn't work with preprinted case inserts.
When I look at the printer during print, There is only a few bytes which arrive at the printer. Always 48 octets over 384 ko needeed. But for windows, the print is done.
Something else : I install recently a new print application call fineprint (The print doesnot work before the installation). IT is my default printer so the print label go through this printer (with or without preprinted case inserts). I can bypass all the settings of the fineprint printer and it works.
To resume, I am forced to go over the fineprint printer to use the preprintd case inserts. By the normal way, it doesn't work.
P.S. I don't use progressive JPG.
