The Fly change?

MC build 152 changed the way the pixels worked to the left of the Previous button so that when you move off the button the focus was removed. They called it "2. Changed: Added circular hit regions to the player buttons in the Noire skin."  Is it possible to get the same pixel change, but not lose the stop button, in The Fly?  Thanks.
