Small arts for theater view buttons?
« on: November 23, 2006, 12:35:31 am »

I think "visual helpers" would greatly help navigation in theater view:

an arrow for back
a magnifying glass for search
an house for home
a green triangle for Play All

etc...

all these Icons next to button's texts (to the left, right or what ever you want)

After all that's what icons are made for... what do you think?

(ps : this on screen keyboard for searching is darn cool!)

Totally agree, I almost started exactly the same post last night
buy my net connection dropped and I didn't get round to it!
I think it would really help with the whole shininess of TV too,
while MC12's TV is way shinnier than ever before it's still not
got the shinnieness of Meedio, or MCE for example.
What would be really really shiny is animated visual helpers.

If any of that makes any sense  8)

Agree with CDvD and Mr ChriZ.
There are still some things that can get a better look in theater view, even though you have done it alot better already. A little animation would not hurt either. Just as long as it's not irritating.

Make it shiny babe!

And remove "play all" feature from all irrelevant buttons  ;)

I like the idea.... as long as they can be changed/removed/customised to match the skin being used just like any other image used currently (main.xml).
