Just a warning. MusicMatch removes custom MJ fields from ID3v2 tags.

I encountered a problem with id3v2 tags with MusicMatch 7.2 on XP.  I checked with MM tech support (that is always such a treat) and they told me it's a known problem with 7.2 and there is no workaround except to go back to 7.1.  Is that what you're seeing?

What MMJB 7.2 tags are getting munged???  I still use MMJB for its Peference, Tempo, Mood, etc, tags/categories ... yet, I rip/encode with MJ - so, I'm always going back and forth.

well then that should tell ya to get rid of musicmatch.

i did when they started adding in spyware and copyright protection ware.  that is what i presume they did a couple yrs ago when all my stuff started messing up when using musicmatch.

and i have not missed it.
