MC Crashes when detecting device

MC Crashes as soon as it detects my windows mobile device after MC loads.  Here's the error:

AppName: media center 12.exe    AppVer: 12.0.122.0    ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180    Offset: 00018fea

NOD32 in use? Or ContentWatch or both?

Well I didn't have the exact same problem but the error message seems to be the same (same ModName and Offset) that I encountered when trying to listen to music streams. I have both Eset NOD32 (AntiVirus software) and ContentWatch (Internet Filter application) installed on my computers. In my case it seems to be the IMON (Internet Monitor module) that triggers the crash (or the combination of both applications). Disabling http-monitoring and excluding MC from being monitored in Nod32 IMON-module helped for me (see http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=36513.0)
