I agree with some other posters and would like to see some indicator in Theater View for time elapsed or left.  Someone suggested using the visualizations for this.  If you have gforce and softskies that option is costly.  There is a better work around for people who have the Playing now plugin.  It will display on top of the Theater view.  You can edit the ini for a skin and have it not go away.  There are many skins you can choose from.

If you don't have Playing Now you can get it here.  It is worth every bit of the 5.00 he asks for it.  He gives you a trial period decide too.
