Cannot access purchase page

I have downloaded the Media Jukebox and cannot access the purchase page.  I have posted before and my corrective action was to be sure I had version 8.0, which I do, and still get the same error message I did before.  Please help

Try using IE as your browser.  If that doesn't work, it could be a firewall or proxy problem.  The page is OK.
