I upgraded my Samsung YP-K5 to use UMS and not MTP (I think). It acts like a usb drive now.
Media Center could almost replace the (very) bad Media Studio that came with it if it supported two things:
1. A new Playlist format called .spl - here is a sample:
SPL PLAYLIST
VERSION 1.00
\Music\01 - Fine again.mp3
END PLAYLIST
2. An added option to resize (and convert) images as they are transferred to a handheld.
A really cool feature to support my PhatBox and the Samsung in MTP mode might be to replace the Artist tag with the Album Artist (auto) tag when transferring.
