Is there a way to force the Artist being uploaded to the iPod to be the Album Artist (auto)?

Since the introduction of Compilations, I've been able to significantly improve the usability of the iPod.  Most of the clutter (with many many artists) can now be eliminated.  This, however, only works for Mix Album type tracks.  If there was a way to force Album Artist (auto) instead of just using artist, it would really  allow us to control the rest of the clutter.

I've come to learn that the iPod never presents Album Artist, only Artist.  This is true even for Compilation Albums.

Therefore I can see no way that MC could push out Album Artist (auto) to the iPod without losing the real Artist in the process. I'll consider this issue closed.
