For any SoftSkies users, and update to version 1.1 was released on December 21, 2006.

And another one after that:

This time the version number did not change.  So if you have trouble with 1.1.1, try the most current download version of 1.1.1.

I downloaded mine when it first came out.  I had trouble with it and sent an email to their support group.  I was monitoring for updates, but did not see any new versions come out.  They got back to me and let me know that they caught the problem very fast and decided to do an update without upping the version #.  My preference would be to always update the version #.  That avoids all confusion.  But it's their decision.  Also, I don't know if they found the issue in minutes, hours, or days, so it's hard to judge.
