Sync two libraries
« on: February 06, 2007, 07:55:43 am »

Is there a way to simply sync a desktop and laptop copies of j.River Media Center sharing the same library on the network, so that either machine can add music and it stays up to date on both machines?

In a side note to this thread here is my question:

I now have two libraries on my computer, one for retail cd's that i ripped and one for mp3's i have donwloaded of the internet. I have noticed that when i set the import directory in one library it sets the same thing in the other library.

Is there a way to have different settings for different libraries, when i go to import music into the retail cd library it should have one set of settings and my downloaded off the internet music library should have a different set of settings, is this possible?

Thanks
TC  :)

In MC12 the Auto-Import tool works per-library (I believe).  Not in MC11 though...
