I am new to Medaia Jukebox and thus far have only one "I can't do it"! When I try to convert from Wav or Medai formats to MP#, in the "change" window, mp3 does not appear.

You just need to download the MP3 encoder plug-in from our web page.

I keep on installing the MP3 encoder and it telles me it was installed sucessfully I still reverts to "uncompressed Wave" and I can never encode as desired

I get error 80040154...cannot creat encoder control
