Library list storage (where?)

When you go to File > Library > Library manager, you see a list of libraries which are setup and ready to switch to with a few clicks.  Where are these libraries stored at?  Not the actual library files, but the simple list of libraries such as Default Library: C:\...  Is it a simple .xml file or similar file which could be easily edited?  Or are these library listings stored somewhere which is difficult to get to?

Firefox, Thunderbird, and Sunbird store the "profiles" listing in an xml file under Documents & Settings.

they are in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Center 12\Properties\Libraries
