When choosing to send files to the playlist with the option :
Add to Playing now (Replace) and then when not selecting a file in playing now but when right click on Playing now and choose play, the message appears : Playlist is empty
It only plays when I double click a file in the playing now window.
From then on it works until I repeat the above procedure.

This happens when in options the "start playing when files added to playing now" is turned off.

I can reproduce benny's bug. winxp here.

It's: Playing Now / Add (replace) NOT Playing Now / Replace. And anyway, these do the same thing except Replace starts playing even though playing while adding is turned off. Any clues on why there are 2 of these? I started a thread on this. I guess there's isn't too much interest.

Here's one more stream bug I found (that goes with the others)...

When you play a stream for a long time, the elapsed time starts counting up from a negative number. Same bug as before but it takes longer this time. Not sure when the crossover starts. I had mine going for 5½ hours and noticed it then.

Bug:

1. If you double-click a column header divider in Playing Now contents list to resize to maximum size of current list's contents, MJ does not remember the resizing.  I did this repeating with the 'Name' (song title) column.  If you drag the column header divider to resize, MJ remembers.

Nikolay,

This error happens when in Playing now there is no file selected to play (no files with a speaker icon on it).

Whenever I double click a file in playing now (so the file has a speaker icon), the playlist will play.

So the moment no speaker icon is in playing now (which is the case if you do "add replace" from media library & the option to play when in playing now is turned off), it says the playlist is empty or says "select file to play" if you click on the play button.

If I do the following:

1. Click Settings->Options->Tree & View Settings
2. Click "Rename Custom Fields"
3. Click OK (You don't even have to actually rename anything)
4. Click OK again.

The Name field gets unchecked somehow and that column dissapears from the Content View.

Previous problem with mjextman still present.

Playing a smart list result in the entire media library being queued up instead of just the smart list's 'entries'.

Cotton-Eye Loo,

I just tested the problem you reported. I can't reproduce it. The only way it happens on my PC is when I misspelled the name of the SmartList.
