It would be nice if you add a new device if MC would ask if MC should follow this device. Whenever I add USB keys, it always adds two MC.x files to the drives and this annoys me very much. Plus, then it takes over the bottom left with the Drag Files Here. Basically, I don't want it to discover devices without my explicit permission. Another option would be to just disable device discovery in options.
