Can I re-enable "erase empty directories"?

I checked the box "dont show me this anymore" on the box asking me if I wanted to erase empty directories after a Rename Files from Properties command.  I then did a bunch of reorganizing and I now have a bunch of empty directories.  I want to re-enable the erase empty directory option but I can't find any way to do this.  Is it possible?
