license restore issue
« on: March 06, 2007, 01:18:34 pm »

I never had this before.

I am trying to have the code sent to me so I can restore a license but the mail never arrives.

I tried both my email addresses but nothing so far.

What do I do?

Did you check your Junk Mail folder and filters?  Make sure you don't have it set to auto-delete junk mail!  Sometimes Hotmail's filters flag stuff from JRiver as spam (and sometimes not).  I've even had Thunderbird's filters catch them (and the Thunderbird filters are usually pretty good)...

License installation is automatic when you restore.  Use IE if you have trouble.

You can also right click on the license and save the Install Key, then execute it by double clicking on it.

License details are here: http://www.jrmediacenter.com/purchase.html

Thanks Jim, I read it.

I've done this a million times and for some reason it wasn't working. Did it again and it works.

Sorry for the fuss ... ::)
