Hard Drive Region
« on: March 06, 2007, 11:49:30 pm »

I copied some short movies to my hard disk and it works fine. I copied a commercial full feature film dvd to my hard drive and when I try to play it I get a message that says that "this disc is not formatted to play in this region".

BTW I used 1click to copy the DVDs.

Any Idea on what the cause might be or how to get around this?

I've a problem with dvds to. Since the ripping function is build in, which is very cool thx, I GET THE MESSAGE THAT THE DVD REGION is false and that I should use dvdrgn.exe.  But all players play the dvd. My drive and the dvds were bought in Austria. And where can I find the dvdrgn.exe?

Thx tn1
