CD/DVD Rplay speed

I'm sorry of this question has been asked a thousand timers before but....

How can you control CD/DVD speed within MC11.  Though I usually rip into a NAS, occasionally I'd like to play a CD in the rom drive without the drive having to spin at 40x.

Can the drive speed be controlled within MC or do I need to use Nero Drive control or something like it.
