Help.
When I try to import my MP3 library into MJ, it gets stuck about 1/4 in. When I remove the file it seems to be stuck on, it just gets stuck importing on another and I end up having to end the MJ process through Ctr/alt/del. The cancel button doesn't respond when I try to end importing, the reason I have to end process. I have never had this problem before with MJ. I am using the latest version. Is there some setting in MJ that may be causing this?
Any help would be appreciated.

This behaviour could be related to a deffective file you're trying to import. Try importing your files in small batches so that you can isolate if there's a file causing the problem.

If that is the case, probably Matt from JRiver would apreciate you e-mailing the file to him for trying to determine the cause of the problem.

I remove the file that was causing the problem and I am able to import again.
