When choosing to send files to the playlist with the option :
Add to Playing now (Replace) and then when not selecting a file in playing now but when right click on Playing now and choose play, the message appears : Playlist is empty

It only plays when I double click a file in the playing now window.
From then on it works until I repeat the above procedure

good find bennyd. I can reproduce this.

Also, the remaining time in visualizations are still screwed up for live streams. Just the vis's, not the player window.

Here's the rundown..

-0:00
-0:-1
...
-0:-9
-0:-10
-0:-59
--1:00 <-- notice the double --
--1:-1

There shouldn't be any numbers. Should say LIVE just like the player window.

If you have live streams imported into the database and accidentally open a list of files to replay gain and one happens to be a http stream, MJ stalls since it will try to analyze the live stream. Stopping has no effect. Only way out it to force a close on MJ.

Other related bugs:

When doing a MJ Library update, all streams are removed from the database when removing files that don't exist.

Location field shows (unassigned) with no entries in it. These are in fact from the streams..I've tested it.

When editing the database, these "files" return a Warning: failed to update tag...files are in use, read-only. Well since there isn't a file you could edit/save, this warning shouldn't be there. Only the database should be considered with these types.

What's this about two versions in one day? It's been done before; but not this time - 355 was out last Friday.

I see the thread announcing 355 hasn't been locked yet.  Usually the old thread gets locked when a newer version is announced.  No use reporting bugs in a version that has already been replaced.

When deleting a file in playing now (with delete from harddisk turned on) and there is a song playing, the song keeps on playing but there is no possibility anymore to see what's playing.

Options/device settings/Audio CD settings
When I change to CDDB and click settings, I get "no settings in YACB"

Niv:

Exit out of the option menu then go back in.  The settings need to be saved first (it would seem, anyways).

I installed this (was running 348 previously).

Repeats to crash (repeatable):

1) create new smart list - i used "not beck"
2a) click add rule -> artist
or
2b) click "..." and chose artist

that's it.

Pre-Existing Bug Still Exists:

Using mjextman to play a smart list results in all tracks (in MJ DB) being played instead of the smart list itself.

In my current scenario the DB has three songs one being from Beck, and the smart rule is -artist=[Beck] [build using the "..."->Add Rule->Artist] and checking the Beck box and marking it "skip".

This occurs on my production media server as well with the latest release that auto-downloads (ie not this build).

Follow up to my post a few messages up -> the crash only happens on one of two machines I've tried. The machine that works did an MJB uninstall before the MJB install the other did not - I guess that answers that (is this common at all? Just kidding! SELF, SELF I SAY, RTFM!

I just upgraded to 356 and note that the search drop box is not saving prior searches.

Also, there is something flakey between the file selection reporting in Media view and the Burner.  Sometimes they agree and other times they're totally out of wack, like 673.571/639.201.  Its really frustrating when trying to put together burn lists.

I'm still getting phantom task buttons after watching full screen video. The behavior is a little different depending on which video playback engine is being used.

WMP & Real : I get a button that says "Media Jukebox Display"
Quicktime : I get a button that has the name of the file that was played.

If I start off with Quicktime in full screen and then it switches to WMP, I just get a task button with only the MJ icon.

Also, if I delete files from the library from within Playing Now (Shift - Delete) while a file is playing (not the file I'm deleting), I lose control of the player until the currently playing file finishes playing. I can't click stop, next, or previous. I can regain control by double clicking a file in playing now, though.
