This version fixes a memory problem with some BSTRs and moved the static buffer to inside the encoder object, which should fix the problem with parallel encoding.

I got an email claiming still install problems. I'm still trying to track down if there's a function call that needs a DLL that people don't have, but in the mean time, here's a couple of things that have been reported to help in the past.

1.  Look for gdiplus.dll in your system path.  There's a link inside the Readme.txt if you don't have it.
2.  Plugins may not install if the Media Center 12.exe is active or if the dll is in use, so make sure the process is dead before you run the mjp.
3.  Make sure you extract everything from the zip file before you click the mjp file to install, or the mjp file can't actually find the dll.
4.  Try Depends.exe (Dependency Walker) from MS to see if there is something else missing from your system path.
