don't find a answer in Faq !
I've tried via MJ Help Restore license from file and from internet several times and every time I get the message Failed restore license !

Willy,
Try using IE as your browser.

What version of MJ?  What license do you have?  Exactly what are you doing?

Do MJ/Help/System info, copy and paste it here.

Willy,
We show you have 1 restore and 16 installs.

You're using a version that I think came from Interact, not from the downloads page.  Shouldn't matter, but please download from the downloads page and try it.

Uninstall your old version completely, then install the new one.

Then use IE, visit the restore page.

Willy,

go to the following page and try to restore again:
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

What is the exact text of the error message?
