CD Burning really needs to be addressed, please.

The on going problem of ones entire system stuttering to a crawl whenever you click on the "CD Device" in MJB has to be fixed. Making CD's with MJB is really impractical. Just adding tracks to the CD Device, and I do mean just adding not actually burning, causes the entire system to stutter for about 10 secs. Then again if I ever click on there or delete mixes of the CD Device it stutters again.

No other mp3 app does this so I suspect MJB aspi or whatever it's using is bad.

I am now using WindowsXP Pro and it still does it. I had been running Windows 2000 in which it also suffered from this.

You may have a hardware issue.

Master/slave set wrong?  Try moving the drive to another IDE channel if possible.

Check the support page for the drive.

Try a search for similar problems at google.

It could be the drive, I have had it for almost 2 years. MJB 6 and 7 never had this problem with it. I guess enough has changed in 8 to cause it to be freaked out.
