change tag

I change the titles and dates of several mp3 files in MediaCenter 11, then click update tag from library. But when I use another mp3 tag editor software to check those files, their tags remains unchanged. What happened?

it may depend on what tags your talking about, and if your talking about id3v1.1 and id3v2 tagging formats.

not all software uses the same tagging systems.

Yes, I am talking about id3v1.1 and id3v2 tags. How can I change them in JRiver?
