Come on, those teenage girls in Suzhou do their best for 18 hours a day.
The theory here is that if things were made well and did not break, factories would have to close and people would be out of a job. I hear that every time I buy a 'pre-broken' thing.

You can always use the screen keyboard. Ha ha ha!

I bought it in late December 2006, just before Christmas.  Can't say that was worth it -- even for $15 -- really.  I think NewEgg will replace it for me since it's less than a year -- but now I see all kinds of comments on Newegg from other users saying the same thing happened to them, so I think it's just a design flaw.

I've got two MS keyboards - a 5yr old Ergonmoic Pro one and also a new Ergo 4000 one - both work great and are rock solid and I love and swear by them so I'd say if yours is having problems, it could just either be your personal keyboard or if ALOT of people (10 people on one website claiming problems isn't that much if you compare it to the millions sold world wide), then it could just be that model keyboard.

Get an Ergo 4000 one and be happy :)
