I've just upgraded my media PC to Vista.
It was syncing my Windows Mobile handheld fine under XP - the internal memory and the storage card in it were seen as separate devices, so I just told Media Center to sync onto the card.
However, under Vista, it's different. There's just ONE device, and the internal memory and Storage Card are seen at a level underneath (though oddly they both appear with the "free space" bars too, so they're not quite directories).
Media Center detects just one device now where it previously detected two. I didn't really expect this to be a problem, because I just specified the full path - e.g. Handheld\Storage Card\My Documents\My Music\[Album]
Unfortunately, though, this really doesn't work - Media Center just doesn't see it. It only seems to be seeing the internal memory - it says "space used: 41.8 MB of 58.9 MB", and the storage card is 2GB!
It's possible of course that I'm specifying the path wrong, but I don't know how to fix that - if there were browse buttons for the path, I'd be much more confident that I was specifying it correctly.
Has anyone else got this working?
Any ideas?
Can we add browse buttons into a newer build, so I can at least be sure I'm doing that bit right?
Thanks
