Two keyboard focus problems in 348

1:

Clear Playing Now.
Turn off "Jump to Playing Now on playback".
Select an album or artist on the tree, not an individual track.
Press Return.
Press arrow keys, tab, etc. They don't work.

2: Harder to reproduce

Put some tracks in Playing Now and a make sure a visualisation is active.
Make sure "Start playing current playlist" in Startup is off
Close MJ.
Run MJ.
Press Ctrl-2 to jump to Playing Now.
Press Ctrl-P to start playing.
Press Ctrl-W to full screen the vis.
Wait for the bars to disappear.
Press Ctrl-W to return to Internal mode.
Focus is sort-of gone. The title bar is grey. If you press Alt-F4 now, the vis freezes but the music keeps playing. It seems like focus is staying with the lost full-screen window.

This second one is important because I don't have a reliable way to kill MJ with a Girder button press.
