Visualizations

I have MJ 8 and my computer runs on Windows XP with 2 users.  When one user is logged on I can cycle through all the Vis Studio visualizations but while logged in under the other user, the Vis Studio visualizations don't seem to be available.  All I can get is Arsenolite which I downloaded from the plug-ins page.  Also, when I right click on the visualization itself I don't get a visualizations option.  What is wrong?

you may need to download what you want for each user..
