How to use Mix Album and Complete Album fields
« on: September 10, 2007, 12:44:39 pm »

Just wondering how people use Mix Album and Complete Album fields.

I just realized this was a standard field now. Untill this day I have used the Genre "Collection" to mark the albums as a part of a mix series.
The rest of my albums consists of complete albums only. So I guess there would be no point in using the Complete Album field. At least for me. But are there anyone out there that have a greate setup with this fields, and would like to share it with the rest of us?

Album Artist (auto) and Album Type (mix, complete, etc.) are filled automatically, and stay current with any database changes.  That's a big reason why they're nicer than manually marking files.

I see. That's handy.

Complete Album get's flagged if all track numbers are in sequence with no gaps, and mixed ablum is set if there are more than one artist in one album?
