Hi,
Just a thought but it would be nice to have some simple regexpr type tag manipulation from within MC. things like MakeLower, MakeUpper, Capitalise, remove "(some text)" etc.

Select the tracks you want to manipulate, right-click > Library Tools > Clean File Properties... . There you can do most of what you're looking for.

yep, thanks, forgot about that, but it doesn't have the ability to do compex RegExpr and ability to remove a phrase from fields in bulk.

Select the tracks you want to manipulate, right-click > Library Tools > Find & Replace will allow to that I think... Just pick the field you want to search in, type the phrase into the "Find What" box and nothing in the "Replace" box.
That's the thing with MC: There are so many features its sometimes hard to find them.
But not to worry, there are a lot of "JRCE's" (JRiver Certified Engineers) hanging around here...
