« on: August 16, 2002, 01:40:39 am »

I HAVE ENCORTE ONE PROBLEM DURING CONVERT WAV TO MP3 FILE:
When I select one Wav file and doing next steps: Tools/convert format---change---encoding in the field encoder I have a choice this formats:
Windows Media
Ogg Vorbis
External Encoder
Uncompressed Wave
Why in this list you don't have MP3 format?
SAME THING IS HAPPENING ON DIFFERENT COMPUTER.

Have you checked settings/plugins to make sure that you've installed an mp3 encoder plug-in? If not, there's a link that will take you to the plug-in page and you can install from there.

darn downloader?

Did you try using IE to get your plug-in?  If yes, then double check the proxy settings in IE.  Firewalls also can cause problems.

Work around-- right click on link and do save as, then execute the .mjp file you've saved.

darn downloader?
