Unable to purchase MJ

I get the following error message:
 "error - failed to initiate media jukebox purchase"
Any solution/help will be most welcome

What's your default browser? Is it opening up to start the purchase process?

I use Opera 6.05 as my default browser; however, I have now set it to be Netscape 4.79 and lo and behold,,, it works!! I'll set it to Netscape for registering, then set it back to Opera. Thank you j for twigging me that this might be the problem.
Problem solved.
