The handheld is defined as a network directory. Synchronizing/transcoding to .mp3 works fine except for the generated tracks don't include coverart but the link to the coverart file.
I use MC12 version .372
- Option |Handheld|Conversion|Audio|CoverArt: Add to Tags| is activated
- My original media files are .ape tagged with a link to the file in the coverart directory and work fine.

Maybe this problems relates to the coverart issues pointed out in other posts.

The synchronized files image-tag contains a link i.e. x:\coverart-directory\coverart.jpg instead of the embedded coverart.

Sorry my previous post wasn't correct. This problem is fixed!

What confused me was:
When you inspect a synchronized file on the handheld (= network directory) with MC12 MyComputer, the Action Window Tag Image File still shows the link <link-to-coverart.jpg> and not the value Inside File, unless you restart MC12.

A minor thing, so just for your information.
