I have been using the free Media juke box for quite a while and enjoyed it
I puchased the full version and I cannot play my files anymore.I receve a message "cannot create mediajukebox playback control"
Can someone help me to resolve the probleme, or should I contact my credit card Co to reverse the fee.Any help is appreciate

1. try uninstall, re-install

2. if that does not do it, use the Search Forums (above) for your error.
